You can absolutely have a social life if you have OCD, having OCD does not mean that you have to shut yourself off from society.
There are many people who have OCD and still go to work, attend social events, and perform the daily tasks required to maintain a household. In fact, you may know people with OCD who have never told you that they have the disorder, and you may have never noticed.
A diagnosis of OCD does not have to impair your social functioning. It may have some impact on your functioning, but it can range from not at all noticeable to very noticeable. If you are comfortable talking about your OCD with others, they may not care if you do your rituals around them.
However you may choose to address your OCD with others, having the disorder does not mean that you are a social outcast.
