You can continue to ask employment attorneys to review your case until you find an attorney whose opinion you trust. Employment law is not like criminal law, where a person either has committed a crime or has not. In employment law there are varying shades for actions and very few cases that immediately appear to be winners. Sometimes an attorney who has previously worked on a particular aspect of law, can win a case that looks totally unwinnable to other attorneys.
That being said, there comes a time where an employee may need to put the bad employment experience behind him or her and move on. It is frustrating for the client and the attorney to know the real reason behind the termination but to have no evidence of anything discriminatory or otherwise illegal to bring into court. There are people who will fight their employers on this kind of issue in every imaginable forum because they want what they feel is right. If you are told by several attorneys that you cannot win your case, you may need to thank the attorneys for not letting you run through your remaining finances in a fruitless attempt to get even with an employer that wronged you.
