Most likely not, but in rare cases OCD will go into remission and never come back.
Science can explain why this happens in some cases and not in others. Sometimes these are referred to as miracles because there is no known psychological or medical reason for the change (there is a reason for the change, however, we are just not yet advanced enough to know what it is).
Though spontaneous remission is not unheard of, it is extremely rare and not something to wait around for. If you have the symptoms of OCD, your best move is to find a therapist who specializes in CBT and ERP and start therapy right away.
