You are probably not being discriminated against. Title VII’s prohibition against discrimination based on religion applies to both you and your co-workers.
Your co-workers have the same rights to their own religions and to not hear about your religion during work. Your employer must make a decision that will protect the rights of all the employees, even the co-workers who are of a different religion than you. What to you is being done out of kindness and a commitment to your faith, may be offensive to another person who has a different faith.
In addition, during work hours you are being paid to work and to follow the employer’s orders. The employer is in its legal rights to expect that during working hours you will put your energy into your assigned tasks.
