According to the editors of Roadside America, the book and the website, there are world-class giant cows all over America.
Not surprisingly, most are centered around America’s dairy heartland.
The biggest, they say, is “Salem Sue” in New Salem, North Dakota.
Salem Sue stands 38 feet tall, tall enough that you can stand under her impressive teats without bumping your head.
